When we get a pre-owned vehicle at Thompson Lexus Doylestown, the first thing that happens is a basic walk-around inspection where our Pre-Owned Sales Manager looks for any visible damage, both on the interior and the exterior. Anything the manager finds is passed along to our service team, where the real work begins.
Once the vehicle is handed off to our service center, one of our Lexus Certified Technicians will comb through the vehicle and repair or replace anything that doesn't meet our Thompson standards. Once all repairs have been made, our technicians will perform a final inspection and oil change before sending it off to Thompson Detail Center for its final makeover.
The team at Thompson Detail Center takes our repaired pre-owned vehicle and performs a full interior and exterior detail, bringing back its once new shine. But the team doesn't stop there. They’ll also include any bumper repair, paint correction, leather refinishing, or wheel refinishing. Once the vehicle is fully detailed and looking shiny and new again, it’s back to the dealership for a final inspection before being parked on our lot and made available to customers.
