The GX 460 has a standard full-time four-wheel-drive system with two-speed transfer case, a locking TORSEN® center differential, Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS), and available Multi-Terrain Select and Crawl Control for go-anywhere off-road capability. Meanwhile, the Q7 features a lighter-duty all-wheel-drive system with a one-speed transfer case, but doesn’t offer available Crawl Control.

While you can add a trailer hitch to the Audi Q7, you can not get the added safety of Trailer Sway Control.
