The ES 350 features a smooth and refined standard 3.5-liter dual-overhead cam V6 (a single-overhead cam V6 is standard on the TLX with Advance Package). Using regular fuel, the ES still provides drivers with better EPA-estimated fuel economy and more horsepower, making your commute from Doylestown to Philadelphia much more fuel efficient.
The Lexus ES drives with a refreshingly light and agile feel, contributed to its lighter curb weight and a 1.5 foot tighter turning circle than the Acura TLX. With the available F SPORT package and addition of the Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), ES gives Guests even more control over their preferred driving feel. Such customization options are not available on the Acura TLX with Advance Package.
Lexus is known for their high safety standards. Both the ES 350 and TLX do feature impressive safety technologies, but the ES increases protections with standard daytime bicycle detection, Road Sign Assist and ten standard airbags. These important safety enhancements are not even available on the Acura TLX. The TLX also only offers seven standard airbags.
Rear seat passengers will immediately notice the difference in comfort between the two vehicles. The Lexus ES offers a substantial 4.7 inches of additional rear legroom and over an inch of rear headroom more than the TLX. This will become especially appreciated on weekend travels with friends and family around Bucks County.
An available panoramic roof can be added to the Lexus ES to further expand the already roomy interior, while encompassing the outdoors. Passengers will delight in the panoramic views of the beautiful Bucks County countryside. The TLX offers a significantly smaller standard moonroof, but no panoramic roof is available.
